Terms of Service
Last updated: April 10, 2026
1. Service Description
AskBit ("the Service", "we", "us") is an AI-powered market research tool delivered through Telegram. The Service provides real-time market data analysis, news summaries and research signals for crypto, equities, commodities and foreign exchange. AskBit is a research assistant, not a brokerage, not a portfolio manager and not a licensed advisor.
2. Account & Subscription
To use the Service you must create an account with a valid email address and a password of at least eight characters. Access to the Telegram bot is linked to your account through a single-use deep link token. One Telegram account may be linked to one AskBit account.
3. Free Trial
New users receive a seven (7) day free trial with full access to every feature. A valid payment method is required to start the trial. You may cancel at any time during the trial and will not be charged. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will begin automatically at the price displayed at checkout.
4. Payment and Billing
All payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. Paddle handles taxes, fraud prevention and regional compliance. Your subscription renews automatically on the same day of each billing cycle until cancelled. Prices are listed in USD and include applicable taxes where required by law.
5. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time through the Paddle customer portal or by contacting support@askbit.app. After cancellation you will retain access until the end of the current billing period and will not be charged again.
6. Disclaimer
AskBit is a market research tool for informational and educational purposes only. The Service does not provide personalised investment advisory services, brokerage services, or fund management. Any research signals, data summaries or AI-generated content are based on publicly available market data and are not a solicitation to buy or sell any asset. You are solely responsible for your own decisions and any resulting outcomes.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AskBit, its operators and its suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of opportunity, or reliance on market research content.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email or inside the Telegram bot at least seven days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Republic of Korea, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection laws in your place of residence.
